Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags are included and intact.

  Ship to Emporium

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
